It's a nice mood supplement.
I like how it works. I take it 3 times daily as suggested and I've notice a little mental boost through the day. It's super sweet though. It takes kinda like honey. I do like that it is stored in a glass bottle and is dispensed with a glass dropper.

Surprisingly tastes good!
Since I’ve received this Organic Ashwagandha, I’ve been taking it almost daily for a month. The dropper makes it super easy to use, and I actually enjoy the flavor—it’s sweet but subtle, and a little calming, if that makes sense. It’s meant to help with sleep and mood, and while I can’t say I’ve noticed any big changes, I do feel slightly more relaxed after taking it and I like the idea of adding something natural to my routine. Helps improve calmness
This has a very earthy smell and taste but not horrible. I’ve used it to sleep and was able to fall fast asleep. I mixed it with water one hour prior to bed. I would recommend to include this in your bedtime routine, it creates a calming effect. The packaging and instructions are simple.

Good product
I feel like these helped me out with my mood more than sleep. I tried them out by themselves and mixed in tea. The taste isn't bad at all which I was pleasantly surprised by.

Stress relief
I wasn't too sure about it at first but it did help with stress a bit and didn't taste bad. It's kind of sweet but it has sort of a pencil shaving smell/taste. Time will tell if I will be purchasing it for further use.

Nice subtle mellow effect
The effects are very light but they're there. I did sleep a little better and I also felt like my mood was a little better. The taste is good and the packaging is perfectly fine. The little pump on it accurately gets the .5 you need. Overall Pretty good.

2 Drops of Wonderful!
First and foremost this thing is as natural as you can get. Most herbal remedies have a bad after taste but this one has none. Couple drops per the instructions and this thing will have you sleeping better and feeling less stressed. First day I definitely got more sleep and felt better in the morning. Didn’t have to use as much caffeine throughout the day as well. Def worth trying if looking for next supplement to increase your healthyness.
