Bad all around

I ordered these joggers as part of a Christmas gift, of which one color was medium grey heather . When I received the order, the colors I received were a navy, which I ordered, an almost black color tagged as black and a black color tagged medium grey heather. I did not order medium grey heather to get black pants. Clearly the tag was incorrect and yet they were sent anyway. Now the color and size I wanted is no longer available. Thanks Nautica, whose product it was, and Macy's for sending the wrong item and for their customer service of too bad, so sad.. I will have to do my shopping elsewhere from now on.
