Terrible

Terrible pillows! They go flat as a board when you lay on them. I'm returning them.

Unacceptable

Pillows arrived via Fed Ex as described in shipping details. After opening the FedEx bag, the bag that surrounds the Nautica pillows was open and the pillows arrived dirty and stained from the open side of the bag as if the pillows were dragged along a dirty factory floor before being put in a bag to ship. Unacceptable!

The worst delivery ever

This was the worst delivery ever. The package looked as if it was opened and someone taped it back together. The item was also dirty. I’d never expected a delivery from Macy’s in that condition.

The pillows are very soft. They are fluffy. They do not become flat when laying your head on them. If you like a firm pillow, these are not the ones….
