Not Up To Nautica Standards

I found that the turtlenecks that I ordered were made from sub standard quality. They are rough to touch, unlike my other turlenecks. There was no stretch in the necks, leaving them baggy and unfitted. I am returning these and will buy at L.L.Bean. The quality of their goods is excellent.
