Taking too long to receieve

I don't even have them yet. Its been over 12 days now. I placed this order as a pickup thinking I would get it sooner than shipping but all the shipping things came in last week and I still don't have these boots.

very disappointed

I ordered a size 12 month for my infant and was sent a BIG giant size 12 shoe for a kid smh otherwise nice shoe
