Perfect dress shoes

I bought these dress shoes for my 6 year grand niece to wear with her fancy dress to see the Nutcracker. She said the shoes were comfortable and she loved them.

Measurements guide way off

I measured my daughters feet 3 or 4 times to make sure I got it right. When the shoes arrived and she tried them on she could barely get her foot inside. They are about 3 sizes too small.
