Poor customer service

Ordered product online. It was delivered with the in-store security device attached and warnings not to tamper with the device. Online chat wasn’t much help. Wanted to send me a label so I could pack the sweater and take it to a UPS store and return it. Wound up having to go to a Macys store to get the security device removed. Nothing from Macys except an apology.
