I received a navy-blue suit coat & pants in an entirely different size. The Macy's rep from my online chat was difficult to deal with but finally assured me they would send the sport coat I ordered upon return of the suit. However, the sport coat appears to be sold out in my size so I am not confident I will actually receive it. We will see...

I would give zero stars if I could.

I never received my sport coat and Macy's would not offer me a refund or credit for a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. I will never order from Macy's online again. Huge mistake!!!
