Sweater developed a defect after two wears

I got this sweater for my husband, but unfortunately it developed a defect after he wore it just twice. There is fraying fabric and loose threads coming from the edge of the fabric near the neck zipper. I did an online chat asking for a refund since this color and size are out of stock now and was offered a laughable amount of $6 as it has been 2.5 months since the purchase. Do not buy!

Good purchase

Nicer quarter zip that has a bus casual look. Lightweight sweater not the typical sweatshirt. Tried for months to purchase in red, settled for navy. Up sized for more comfortable fit.

What are you selling?

The two sweaters were thinner than my husband's T shirts. The on line red was burgundy. I was very disappointed. I sent them back. I wish there was a Macy's in Sussex county. I hate shipping on line.
