I purchased this sweater for my Son for Christmas. He loved it! It's heavy but not bulky. It's not cheaply made and it was definitely worth the price.

Wrong picture

The sweater is of good quality and fits well, but the one pictured is and v-neck and they sent a crew neck, when I reached out, I was offered a refund, but I decided to keep it. The one pictured is not what you’ll get

Poor customer service.

Product was fine, ordered V-neck but received crew neck. Called customer service, they sent a replacement - also a crew neck. I do not do much business with Macy's and this is one reason why.
