Wrong color item was sent

I ordered the blue throw blanket and was sent the red plaid. Another review mentioned they were also sent the red blanket instead of the blue three times. I won’t be re-ordering because I don’t want to take the chance of having to return it again

Twice the wrong item shipped..

Ordered the Hillcrest plaid which color is green, red and white plaid. Received the blue striped Navy Seas. Did a return, had to call customer service to order the replacement. Wrong item shipped again. Went to store hoping to get the correct item, found out that item is not stocked at store, only on line purchase. Unable to receive the correct item, do sad.

Wrong Item Sent

Like at least one other person, I received the wrong throw! I ordered Navy Seas and received Hillcrest Plain ! It is a week before Christmas - I can’t risk another 5-8 Business Days to get another wrong item. I am frustrated.

Sent me the wrong item three times

I have ordered the Navy Seas Nautica throw three times and each time you send me the wrong one. Please fix whatever is wrong on your end.
