Missing pieces

When I picked up my order and opened the bag, I discovered that only two of the four pieces of the suit were included. I do not understand how the company could mark my order as complete and ready for pickup when items were missing. Despite this, my credit card was charged for the full order. I was extremely disappointed by this experience.
