The most disappointing shopping Experience Ever

This sparsley decorated, poorly assembled and stuffed in the shipping box Christmas Wreath is extremely disappointing. I have tried to reassemble, redecorate it and am still Not at all satisfied. Macys told me that I could not return it to them and would have to deal directly with the supplier. How can Macys not stand behind their sales? This entire experience has been VERY Disappointing.

Lights need outlet

The wreath is pretty but the lights need to actually be plugged into an outlet. There is no battery box.
