Received a used product

I really loved it but flowers where missing the top of the plant was wrapped but the bag was in there. I think I received a return.

so pretty and lifelike

this is a very pretty arrangement. it is very lifelike. the colors are vibrant. i purchased it for outside and it looks great. the only thing is that it is a bit top heavy and will fall over with the wind. it would be fine inside or on a covered porch.
