Awful look and no plug

Maybe the worst item Macys sells. Its says it has all these branches and lights, but no plug (but has 3 stand screws that are completely unneeded) and instructions are on a leaflet…and add zero value. If I didn’t buy this last year to use this Xmas, I would return it—instead best to just throw away. White particles flake all over (you and the floor) and its flimsy and week. This legitamately will make me never buy anything online from Macys again, unless I have seen it in person first. As someone else said—I would give it a zero if I could

The worst tree ever

This is the second time they send me the tree and it’s missing one part and the lights do not work. Please do not purchase this it’s really really bad.

The worst tree ever

This tree was a joke. One whole section was missing and no electrical source included. The flocking was the worst I've ever seen. Macy's should be ashamed to sell su h garbage. I took it back immediately. No way to have a zero star is why I did 1 star.
