Poor design
Poor design for cleaning. Handle on the tank makes it prone to tipping and falling over if you wash it and set it upside down to dry.

Inadequate temperature
I bought this last month as a replacement to the older version I had had for five years and loved. I have been disappointed in this model as it doesnât get the milk to be hot for the latte, only warm unlike the previous model so my latte gets old quickly if I donât drink it quickly.

Barista Style Coffee at home
The stainless steel finish looks super sleek on my counter, and I love how intuitive the interface is. It heats up fast, cleans itself easily, and lets me customize my drinks exactly how I like them. The textured milk is what truly sets this machine apartâsmooth, silky, and just like my favorite coffee shop. Since getting this machine, Iâve actually stopped buying coffee out. Itâs that good.
