As part of your machine’s maintenance, we recommend you follow the first-time use steps at least once a week, to rinse away any granule buildup in the head of your machine, and as part of your Aeroccino3 Milk Frother machine’s maintenance, we recommend after every froth, you wipe out the milk residue with a damp cloth and rinse out the machine with cold water from the tap, until it is cool to the touch. Enjoy becoming a Master Barista from the comfort of your home.
Can't go wrong with a DeLonghi!
I only buy Italian coffee/espresso makers; I love the non-automatic DeLonghi's too but this one is automatic and loe it -Nespresso Vertuo Delux with the swivel water cotainer; DeLonghi products are solid

Nice machine!!
I received this as a birthday gift 2 weeks ago and I am so impressed! The brew is so decadent. I love all the different options for coffee/espresso with this machine and am looking forward to continuing to experiment! I am equally as impressed with the aeroccino. So cool.

Absolutely worth every penny
My machine finally broke after 6 years, but those 6 years were absolutely amazing. I would love the chance to upgrade to an original line or even buy another Vertuo! The frother is also 100% worth it. VOLTESSO & ICED LEGGERO ARE MY FAVORITE CAPSULES!

Have to buy a new one every 3 months
First few months worked great, then it does what all nespresso coffer makers do. First it kept saying it needed to be cleaned, no matter how many times I got the cleaner and ran cycles. Then it wouldn't open, had to try 3-4 times. Then it wouldn't push the pods up, wait 15 mins for it to come up or force it up. Then it wouldn't close right, had to force it down. Finally the pod holder would come out, everything would end up bent and unusable. All with in 6 months. This is my 3rd unit, they all do the same thing on the same time line. 3rd one in the trash christmas morning, I will not be buying from this company again.
