Worth Every Penny—Wish I Bought It Sooner

This is hands down the best coffee machine I’ve ever owned. I’ve tried Keurig, Shark, and Lavazza, but the Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe is on another level. It was incredibly easy to set up, user-friendly, and delivers the most delicious coffee every single time. I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence—after years of debating the upgrade, I only wish I’d made the switch sooner.

Durable and excellent coffee

I’ve had my Nespresso for over 3 years and it has been a companion. Excellent coffee, durable, easy to set up. I’ve only had to descale once in 3 years which is awesome. Love my morning coffee at home.

Amazing coffee upgrade

I’ve upgraded from my drip coffee maker and the VertuoPlus is smaller, easier to use, and also makes better tasting coffee! Love the variety in capsule flavors and sizes, and it’s been making me excited for each morning.

Macys.com Screwed-Up Again

Sick and tired of Macys.com screwing-up orders. They advertise the De'Longhi Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe, and swap-it-out for the lesser model that does not make Nespresso Alto-size pods. Twice I have gone through this with them, twice the wrong (lesser) item was delivered, and twice I have had to lug the product to the store to return. No compensation, nothing. Just terrible, terrible fulfillment from Macys.com. UNACCEPTABLE. De'Longhi should stop doing business with Macys.com until the bait-and-switch gets fixed.
