Machine stopped working
Coffee was good, really liked the espresso coffee. But the milk frother stopped working, then the whole machine stopped working entirely. Had to go back to Macys and return the item.
Great, but ….
Really enjoy my machine. One question, if you use the devices milk cleaning process why do you still have to put the milk processing parts in the dishwasher?

Don’t buy
Buttons on top crapped out and started jamming and milk frother stop frothing milk and only warmed it. Tried to contact to get a replacement but never heard back

This machine is awful!
I've been using this specific model of espresso machine for years and years and have gotten updated models. This one is TERRIBLE! I bought it right before I went into the hospital for a hip replacement. I couldn't even figure out how to turn the machine on even after reading the booklet and no one else could either. So I couldn't use it for a month. Then I finally figured out how to turn it on and I don't like this particular machine at all! The clean button goes on and I haven't been able to use it properly to get it to clean. And this new type milk frother falls apart with the milk in it. I'm going to try to return it even tho the return window is over.
