I was sold a used machine
This was my birthday present to myself. The moment the box was delivered, on my bday, I opened it. When I pulled out the box of capsules, it was empty and the packaging had dried coffee spilled on it. I had no idea Macys sold returned items.

Box of12 pods were missing from purchase
The box was missing the 12 coffee pods that were supposed to be included and one of the reasons I made this purchase. Very disappointed.
