My machine is less than a year old, it was replaced twice. First issue, it was leaking significantly. Second issue (replacement) it wouldn’t even turn on. I’m now waiting for the third machine to arrive today. One more chance or I’m taking it in for a refund !

Manual open and close, can’t froth and brew same
Unlocking and locking are not the easiest with no automatic option. It’s a tough awkward position to push your thumb. Also does not froth and brew at same time. Must wait for one to finish.

Makes an OK cup. Upgraded from Vertuo delux and that made the better cup.

Faulty steam wand
I bought this machine two years ago. The steam wand stopped working a year ago. It continues to brew coffee but it is not worth the cost if you cannot use the steam wand. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Select a cheaper machine with better performance.
