A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

We bought a brand-new Nespresso Creatista in November 2025. After just three uses, it started leaking badly from the bottom—leaving a puddle under the machine every single time. A brand-new machine should not fail within a week. Dealing with Nespresso USA was even worse than the defect itself. What should have been a simple replacement turned into nearly seven weeks of emails, calls, texts, and social media messages. Endless empty promises. No action. Only after relentless follow-up did they finally respond in mid-February—and sent a refurbished machine to replace our brand-new defective one. We paid for new. We received used. If you have a problem, be prepared to chase them for weeks. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the product or their customer service.

Whichever comes first. Your machine is Bluetooth compatible, and we recommend pairing your machine with your smart device and pushing through any necessary firmware updates. These updates are essential and ensure your device continues to function like it was designed to. Should have purchased sooner

I’ve bought this 2 weeks ago and have made about 30 brews with it. It’s really been mind blowing how worth every penny it was. I’m saving massive by having this in my home and not having to go to a coffee shop to make Commercial tasting lattes

Beautiful machine!

I love this machine! I had the nespresso vertuo first generation coffee maker and we loved it so much. I was out shopping the other day and saw this one, I bought it on the spot. I had been shopping around because I wanted one that could froth milk and this one is perfect. I had seen some negative reviews about it but I’m here to say that they couldn’t be more wrong as far as my experience has gone. The coffee tastes great and the machine is really nice quality stainless steel. It is nice and heavy so it stays put when it gets used a lot.
