Compact with great quality and ease
Espresso makes a great espresso and coffee. This machine is nice and compact but offers the milk steamer to make the cappuccino we love. Perfect for my apartment.

Don't buy this model
If you're shopping for a Nespresso machine do NOT buy this one. I've gone through two Vertuo Next machines in a three year span and both have stopped working due to a mechanical water pump issue. I can't tell you how many pods have been wasted because the machine will randomly stop working despite being perfectly fine the previous day. I love the taste and quality of Nespresso coffee and I've already purchased a different model, but I have to say I'm disappointed that their machines barely last for two years. For a company that prides itself on recycling and sustainability they should be more dedicated to creating a longer lasting product and avoiding their machines ending up in landfills.

Since it was purchased directly from Macy's you must contact them to report the issue and process a replacement or return. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week and descaling every three months or 300 capsules. Whichever comes first. Your Vertuo Next is also Bluetooth compatible, and we recommend pairing your machine with your smart device to check for any necessary firmware updates which are essential to ensure your machine continues to function as it was designed to.
