Sharing Great Coffee Moments with the Nespresso
I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine! It’s easy to use and makes delicious coffee every time. It was a gift from a friend and has quickly become an integral part of my daily routine. I enjoy having coffee with my friend while driving, and I also love making coffee for him. The machine heats up quickly, the pods offer a great variety, and every cup comes out smooth and satisfying.

Already stopped working.
I bought this for my daughter for her birthday the end of July and it had already stopped working. Told a friend about it and she said she had the same issue.

A good coffee machine for the ones who like nespre
I like the Nespresso Vertuo Next Limited Edition Bundle as a machine. It’s not too noisy, the size is perfect, and the design looks really beautiful in the kitchen without taking up too much space. The performance is very good, it makes a great crema, and overall it’s easy to use. My main issue is more about the coffee itself. I’m becoming less of a fan of Nespresso because you’re basically forced to buy only Nespresso capsules. Sometimes Starbucks makes Nespresso-compatible vertuo capsules, but other than that, you always have to buy Nespresso, and the cost for each capsule adds up quickly. The coffee is also quite strong, and I can’t drink more than two cups a day without getting a headache. With bean-to-cup machines, I can enjoy two to three cups a day easily. So overall, the machine is great, but the Nespresso coffee and pricing could definitely be improved.

Do not buy, invest in something else.
Bought this model and it was such a disappointment. Randomly stops working, randomly leaks, randomly runs. Does not seem to follow the instructions provided with the machine. Wasted sooooo many pods on ‘failed’ brews due to machine malfunction. Waste of money.

5 year life span.
I received this as a gift about 5 years ago, it just died. I spoke to a technical specialist, they said it was an electrical issue and could not be fixed. I then spoke to a supervisor who said, "That is an appropriate life span for this machine. We do have other (more expensive) machines which last longer." He offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new machine. When I asked why I should add my dead machine to my landfill/recycling bin only to have to do the same thing eventually with the next Nespresso, he said "That is the best I can do." ----- To continue: After I saw the response from Nespresso: (....Rest assured that we'll be happy to further assist you via live chat on our website....) I reached out one again through the chat. And this was the response: "Please note that as agents from the digital chat, we can only share with you troubleshooting steps that you may follow to try fixing your machine." So, it was a total waste of time. Plus my initial chat was disconnected, so I spend a total of another 30 minutes with Nespresso only to be now futher ahead.
