Useful machine

I bought this a few weeks ago, and this machine is easy to operate and so far has not given me any issues with making coffee/espressos. I do with machine was capable of just giving hot water so I could turn my espresso shots into an Americano but that is only reason I rate this four stars and not five.

Nice features

I love my new nespresso next. I also had a very helpful person that helped me with my old nespresso Pop machine that stopped working. He helped me by trouble shooting the problem.
