Problem with Wedge Pillow

I ordered this pillow because I liked it. When I received it it was packed so tight and when I opened it it was like pancake because the material was made out of foam. They told me to send it back and was told they would send me another one it was the same package. It was very dirty and I had a hard time getting my money back. I am a member of Macy and I never had a problem like this. I gave you one star for the rating very unsatisfied.

Reticketed & Obviously Used Item

I was looking forward to this item because of shoulder surgery. Instead, i couldn’t tolerate the VERY STRONG nursing home disinfectant smell. The item had a reticketing tag. It was obviously returned after the original recipient didn’t need it any more, maybe after DYING!!! Seriously Macy’s, if you accept returns like these, don’t send them back out.

Excellent Post Surgery

Purchased this wedge pillow to help me after I had surgery that required me to elevate my head for a few weeks. Worked perfectly. I was able to add my own pillows on top of it for a comfortable rest. I use it now for reading in bed. It’s very comfortable, firm yet soft.
