Smells like feathers

The pillow is very comfortable but it smells like feathers. I've tried everything suggested online but it still smells. Unfortunately I was too optimistic about it "airing out" and my window to return it has closed. Today, it spent another day outside in the fresh air and sunshine.

Too firm. I was surprised a down pillow could be so hard. Good quality though.
