  • Everything is wrong with this order.. This is not Premier Deep Pocket nor is it Premier or deep pocket. I did not open the package after noticing the label I immediately went to UPS store to return.

I ordered 4 sets of sheets before Christmas on sale. Delivery took FOREVER!! I didn't open the box right away because family was here for Christmas. When I did I had 2 sets of sheets- BOTH Queen! Mind you I ordered 4 sets! 2-full size and 2-twin size!!! Luckily I do have a Queen size bed also but I was STILL not happy!! I just opened the sheets to use and they are the thinnest sheets I have ever seen!! I would return! BUT there is NO store anywhere around so I did the search for a UPS store to drop off. Guess what? No UPS within 100 miles!! Very upsetting!! They could have just refunded my $ if they were out of the sheets instead of taking it up with their selves just to replace!! What if I hadn't even had a Queen size bed!?! Still gonna call but we'll see what good that does! I opened a credit card for this too! If this is the way they do business I will not being shopping out them anymore!!

“Split” king

Split king indicates a king mattress “split” at the top allowing each side to maneuver the head of the respective split—-I received two separate sheets for separate mattress's—-very unhappy

The sheet set you are looking for is called Split Head, which is only split on the top half, which is not the same as Split King, which is completely Split sanders-collection
