Going downhill

I ordered a queen size and waited for the order to be delivered to the nearest store. After waiting over a week and driving there to pick it up I got home and discovered it was a twin size, so I had to drive back to return it. Very frustrated. I haven't decided whether to re-order and risk the same thing happening again or shopping elsewhere. Macy's seems determined to put itself out of business.

The main piece of fabric that lays on the foundation mattress, is a synthetic almost like nylon; it shifts and pulls. Be sure to get this on sale, if that doesn't bother you. Otherwise, move on to an item with cotton, instead.
