Low quality product.

Enhanced picture on the website, real item not close to the expected quality. Thin fabric prone to wrinkle, as the packaging was airtight, it had uneven wrinkles all over, hard to remove. The most disappointment was to see the seams and random stitches with a very low quality finish, showing ends and fibers that may not be removed for fear of undo the stitches. Very low quality!

BUYER BEWARE

Ordered this comforter (which would have been nice "IF ONLY"...) TWICE! Both comforters had literally hundreds of wrinkles in them after unpacking which took at least TWO HOURS to get out only to find missing and broken threads and other flaws all through both comforters which came in this ABSURD GENERIC SHRINKWRAP LIKE packaging! Items looked like rejects that were recycled and repackaged and came DIRECT FROM THIS VENDOR with NO BARCODE on the packaging whatsoever! The packaging on both queen size comforters was so tightly vacuum packed with every bit of air sucked out of them, shrunk down to the size and weight of what looked and felt like THREE SOLID HOUSE BRICKS put together in a package! RETURNED PROMPTLY AND WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE COMFORTERS FROM THIS VENDOR with Macys! This is not the first vendor with Macys where there has been issues and complaints from many Macy's customers because of defective products and shipping problems!

Christmas gift for my son. Ripped down the seam

Very disappointed my son just opened the box with the comforter and there is a big split down the middle of the seam.
