Wrong Items, Returns Turned Into a Nightmare
My sister ordered me a pair of New Balance shoes as a Christmas gift, but they arrived in the wrong size. When I tried to return them, I was told I couldn’t receive a refund to the original payment method (my sister’s card) and was instead pushed to accept a Macy’s gift card. They also claimed the refund could go to a Macy’s card, even though my sister does not have one. I felt forced to accept a gift card since there were no other options. I then ordered another pair of New Balance shoes, and this time they arrived in the wrong color. When I returned them, only $25 was refunded instead of the full amount (around $85). I was told in store that they couldn’t help and that I needed to contact customer service. Customer service assured me the remaining refund would be sent to my bank account, but after several days nothing appeared. When I contacted them again, I was told the remaining amount would now be mailed as a gift card instead. All I have left to do is wait and hope that I at least do receive that Macys gift card. This leaves me forced to shop at Macy’s again after multiple mistakes and a very frustrating experience. This situation feels extremely unfair and disappointing. 0/10.

Do not buy.
This shoe has no support inside. The inside is flat. After walking a short distance my feet were hurting. I was out of town so I had no recourse. If I had been home I would have returned the shoes. I do not recommend.

Sizing is misleading
Disappointed that youth sizes are specified to youth boys.
