Not what I expecteed

In teh image it looks like therer is a thick Sole support, yet when I received it it was not at all, I have to buy insoles to make it less riogid.

hard padding

I have found over recent purchases that the inner sole becomes hard and uncomfortable after a few wearings (as is the case with my new shoes). I need to place in the shoes an additional padded insole to make them wearable. Why is this so?
