Gutted but not for me

Waited months for these to come back in stock and upon (speedy) arrival, didn't disappoint. They're beautiful and the soles are comfortable with a good width for my feet however the sides were too high against my ankles, particularly the back support dug into my achilles heel with every step and just couldn't keep them. Absolutely gutted; will need to try a different NB style now. Returning them was thankfully blissfully easy.

Oddly shaped and far too small

I ordered these trainers in a size 6. What I received was a pair of tiny, tiny shoes - more like a size 4, though I double checked and the label did say 6. And somehow they were still too wide at the heel! The material felt quite flimsy as well. Returned.
