Fell a little flat

The shoes looked great online. They are well made enough overall. However, I would have preferred to know that they really have no arch supports at all built in. This is one reason I am not enthusiastic about purchasing items I have not seen in person. I am at least glad that I bought them on sale, at a price more commensurate with their actual value.
