Santa’s “Naughty” List??

I never received my product! I was told “you” somehow made my address incorrect at your service center and returned the item without even notifying me and “you” said you could not reorder for me. I immediately went on line to reorder and found the item was then out of stock!! I am so very disappointed in the way Macy’s handled this. I have always loved to shop at Macy’s and have been a faithful customer since any before you were named MACY’s in Texas. Before online shopping was even a futuristic concept and concerned customer service was real!

Wrong size received

I ordered size 10C and received size 9.5. Too bad because the sneakers otherwise looked nice and seemed comfortable. Sadly they were too small for my daughter, so I ended up returning.
