Returning item

I recently purchased these runners online during lockdown. When they arrived they were not quite what I was after as the fabric was more of a shiny satin rather than matt. I tried to return the runners at a new balance retail store even though I purchased them online. I was not able to return them at a retail store which was disappointing. I have not had this experience with any other retailers and has turned me off buying online from new balance again.

Comfort and style

Bought before I went travelling, planned on doing a lot of walking and wanted some lightweight trainers. These were great, no issues at all even when worn straight out of the box.

Too Big

I ordered my normal New Balance Style and found that these ran extremely big. took them to my NB store and traded them in for a different style entirely. New shoe is awesome.

Comfortable Shoe

I have enjoyed this shoe purchase. I have worn them to work (I am a teacher), and on a field trip to the zoo (lots of walking). The shoes are very comfortable and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day after being on them all day. I also like the color and have received many compliments on the shoes.
