A+ Comfort

Comfortable shoe with style, versatility and the New Balance quality that I love most of all. This shoe is comfortable but runs a tad bit small. I wear a size 9 and these fit exactly with No wiggle room for my big toe. Although the shoe is mesh, this saved me from having to send them back. If it were all leather I would have had to go up to a 9.5. Make sure to clip your toe nails for these sneakers. Overall, comfortable shoe.

Back to running after a long hiatus

I am returning to running after a 10 year hiatus. I'm a 75 year old woman who has just had her aortic valve replaced. In celebration, I've decided to train for a 5K and these are the shoes I selected for my journey. I selected these because I've run in New Balance in the past and really like the "cush" and the wide toe box. So far, so good. I'm starting out with the "run/walk" method, and hope to string that into 3 miles of non-stop running over the course of several months.

I bought this thinking to have comfortable feet instead I got an achilles tendonitis

This model is no good

This particular model messed up my arches and put a ton of pressure on my achilles. I love New Balance and normally don’t have issues. This model however needs to be looked at.
