Shouldn’t be difficult

You sent the wrong team hat. I ordered a New England Patriots hat and got a Jacksonville Jaguars instead. Seems like this is a consistent problem after reading the review’s. .

Wrong Team

My husband loves this hat and I was having trouble finding it anywhere. I was so excited to see it here that I bought 3 since they were discontinued everywhere else. It was part of my husbands birthday gift so when it was delivered, I threw the box in the trunk of my car so he wouldn't see it. Today I pulled out the box to wrap for his birthday tomorrow, and I was sent THE WRONG THING. It has a Jaguar on all of them, not patriots. So now the day before his birthday I'm without a gift.

Not what I ordered

I ordered a New England Patriots hat. I received a Jaguars hat. (I ordered it in two sizes bc I wasn't sure which would fit better. And both items are for the Jaguars.
