Damaged

This order will probably be the last order that I placed with Macy’s online. This is the second item that I bought that was shipped damaged and I can’t always get to the UPS to return them. One was a diamond bracelet and now this hat the diamond bracelet I still haven’t got to return. It’s very frustrating
