Do better Macy's fulfillment team

The boots were nice. They were the last pair ordered online so I took a chance. Unfortunately, the boots had scuffs on the the top foot and on the side. Very noticeable and had to take them back in person for a refund. Defeats the purpose of having them delivered to your home.

Very narrow.

These were so narrow I had to return them. Would be nice if the description gave a little more info about the fit of the shoe. Look good, never wore them.
