Still waiting on delivery

It's hard to write a review when I still haven't received my order. I placed the order on 1/28/25 and as of today, 2/5/25, still haven't received it. The original delivery date was supposed to be 2/1/25. I'm surprised Macy's sent me this email to review my product. I guess they don't even realize I haven't received it. Bad job on that Macy's. Update your technology to only send out review emails until after the tracking number shows delivered. You should let UPS handle your deliveries because the USPS is not cutting it.
