nice ankle boots but defect with eyelet second day

these boots came out of the box very nicely finished and appeared well constructed. however the second day I wore them, one of the eyelets pulled out because it wasn't riveted properly. this also caused the lace to start fraying because of the sharp edge on the pulled eyelet. I attempted to repair this with crazy glue which seems to have anchored the eyelet back in the boot. I also attempted to re-enforce the fraying lace with crazy glue and only time will tell if it will be successful. I'm not really optimistic that it will. somewhat disappointed about this as I shouldn't have to be repairing new boots the second day I wear them.
