Bad quality shoes !

The shoes were purchased as a gift and the person did not use it because it was too small for her, I used the black pair a couple of times and the heel has like an empty space or hole inside. I did not use the second pair of browns still untouched in the box, is ridiculous the bad quality of these shoes! I wish I could have know before to return them immediately.

Heel is very loose, but size is correct.

Beautiful very well-made shoe! Overall the size was perfect, however, the heel was very loose. I tried walking around the house with different style socks, yet the shoe would eat the sock and pull it forward up under my arch so they’re impossible to wear. Very disappointing! Will be returning these.

Disappointing fit/chemical warning label

Style looked nice, but fit was loose on heel. Surprised and disappointed that the shoes have a California chemical warning about possible exposure to lead (label on the bottom of the sole), which wasn't included in the product description. Wouldn't have bought if known. Returning shoes. Decided to leave review since I often find reviews helpful in personal buying decisions.
