Cheaply made

I know man made materials seem to be what a lot of shoes and purses are made of but these boots felt like they were made out of plastic milk jug. Awful. Returned them

USED BOOTS

Super Disappointed! I received my package today, it was shipped in a bag with no box or any bubble wrap. I opened the package and I received a pair of used boots! Smh

Do not buy

Boots are fine but this item, like many is sold by a third party making it a total hassle to return. Despite using Macy card, having order number and purchase record on my Macy account, they are only offering a gift card I do not want. 30 min so far…
