poor quality

This purse is very cute, but the strap broke within the first hour of me carrying it all I had and it was my Cell Phone car, keys, lip, gloss, and ID

very poor! I would rate lower if I could!

This item isn't sold by Macy's but rather by a 3rd party seller. My order was delivered to someone halfway across the country even though my address was correct on my order. I contacted Macys but was told all issues with my purchase had to be handled by the 3rd party seller. Macy's could bit process my refund or reorder a replacement unless I paid the full price (it was on sale when I ordered it! ) and I would have to pay shipping (my original order qualified for free shipping). I attempted to contact the 3rd party seller but the phone number listed isn't in service. Macy's was NO help in resolving this issue.
