Good boot to have as an option.

I purchased this boot to replace my old pair, not of the same style or brand. This boot is stylish from glance, not much cushion inside, but thats to be expected. The walking comfort is fair, depending on where you are wearing them out to.

Poor packaging procedures

I was amazed the quantity of dust in the new york company box received, i open the package and inside the shoe box was never cleaned the color of the box is black but believe looks like gray, this was a gift and looks like the person this never had the time to clean before put the product in the box and ship😖I have pictures of this

cheaply made

Bought two pairs, brown and black. Very uncomfortable, Very hard on my feet. Also one pair came damaged. Never wore them. I tried to return them and was told it was a Market place items and return period expired. I couldn’t even get store credit. I will no longer buy shoes from Macys. Bad return policies. Out of my money and shoes. Stay away from Market Place!

I was so excited for these boots to come in and they never did. I reached out to the company numerous times, and I never received an answer. Ive been waiting since December. Macys representatives said that, they would help me with this, but haven't heard back either. If I would've known this was an outside seller, I wouldn't have bought them. Also, I see that on my profile for these boots it says unavailable, and when I looked up on a regular site, it's there. Super sketch. Don't do it!!

broke during the first couple steps

The heel broke off the first couple steps I took and I went tumbling down the steps. Reached out to seller and no response from them or Macys very disappointed.
