Just an ok shoe

It was too tight around toes. Wish I could return for a bigger size but it was too late. Size definitely runs small. Needed to size up.

Ok shoe but poor customer service

Sizing is all wrong- this is like a ballerina shoe and it gets super narrow at the top- you need to buy a size up. Sadly couldn’t get it because Macys refuses to do even exchanges. You have to send something back and order it again- but the price had doubled so there was no way I was going to order it again. So pointless and part of the reason old school retailers are getting left in the dust
