disappointing!!!

The shoe box had a sticky, yellow substance. Not sure what it was. The shoes were described as navy blue, they looked black, I could see some of the glue on the seems. Not what I expected from a store like Macy's. Such a let down.

Not what I expected

Uncomfortable on the foot and it runs big, the pink color is more of a neon highlighter pink. It's not what I expected

Tight & Cute

Because of my prior experience with NY&Co shoes I ordered my regular size. But this pair was tight on my feet. I don’t understand why they’re so small. The sizing is inconsistent between heels. Keep that in mind when purchasing. They are pretty but they’re likely to stain.

Appalling service

I paid for expedited shipping and didn’t get it. Package never arrived. I have contacted Macys twice who are saying they have reported it, however I am not getting any info or a refund. Buying this is a scam. You won’t receive the item or a refund
