Shoes Were Never Delivered

I ordered these shoes a month ago and never revived them. Tracking number shows that the shoes were delivered in a different state. The sellers Customer service has been horrible!!!! Upon contact the seller and Macys many times, the shoes haven’t been delivered to me nor a refund has been issued. I came to write this review only to read that this is not the first time this has happened. Apparently other customers have the same problem. If you plan to order these shoes, be aware you may not receive them.

Never received

Item never arrived. When tracking, it shows it got delivered to Columbus, OH when my address is in Los Angeles, CA. I contacted the seller and never received a response. I had to file a dispute with my bank to receive the refund.
