Received one of two shoes. Silver in color. Two right foot. One size 6.5 and the other with two different size in a box the state 7M. Please refund my money to card on file.

I never received my order. It shows delivered but I never received the shoes. When I chatted on line with a Macy's representative they couldn't and wouldn't help me at all. I do a lot of shopping at Macy's it's my go to store. I am so disappointed with not getting my shoes for mother's day and no customer service. It is still unresolved. I am having second thoughts about shopping at Macy's. Their quality and customer service has gone downhill.
