Love this shampoo
I've been using this shampoo for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! My hair is less dry and more smooth now compared to a year ago, and it somehow creates more volume after wash, plus it smells good too.

IT MAKES HAIR FALL OUT!!!!!!
I have consistently used this product for 5 years now. It is the only brand that didn’t make my scalp feel like it was on fire. Do not buy
I've used this shampoo with the matching conditioner for months and if I have anything to say: AVOID THIS. This makes my hair look greasy and it's worsened my dandruff. Also anytime I go to brush my hair or even run my fingers through it, clumps of hair fall out. 👎🏻👎🏻

I’ve been using this shampoo along with Humectress conditioner for about two months. I love it. It makes my dry, gray hair shiny and manageable. This is going to be my forever shampoo and conditioner.

Massive Rash
My daughter has been using this shampoo with humectress conditioner. After months of using it, she received two new bottles and she immediately got a rash right after the first new bottle use. She wasn't sure what caused it, used it again and the same thing happened. She switched to something else and the rash stopped. New formulation?

Saved my hair!! Try it!
I cannot recommend this product enough. Bought it truly on a whim after seeing it on sale and reading some good reviews on it. As a previous hair stylist, I seriously fried my hair from coloring it nearly every color in the book and rebleaching it back blonde. It was brittle, dry, frizzy, matted up from how dry it was, and had no life in it. This stuff seriously has saved my hair, no exaggeration. In a matter of a couple of weeks, my hair has gotten so many compliments on how healthy it looks and how soft it is. I have tried every professional and drug store brand for my hair and every treatment, every TikTok "hack" and nothing has helped. It may not be for everyone but if you are considering it, give it a chance!

Allergic to this product
I got an allergic reaction to this shampoo and conditioner ! At first wasn’t sure what was making me break out with a rash on my back, chest and scalp. Stopped using this shampoo and conditioner and the rash cleared up! So sad because I did like this shampoo but unfortunately not able to use it.. :(
