Inaccurate sizing

Sleeves for 34/35 shirt came and they actually might measure 30/31. Very short. I thought it might be on one shirt only but i bought one other and it was the same problem. The shirts also have zero stretch. The tie they come with is nice but that wouldnt make me buy again.
